Warranty Conditions (UPP light)

1. Obtaining a guarantee for a product(s)
1.1
We guarantee the light is free from manufacturing and/or material defects, provided they are used in compliance with their intended use, for a period of 1 year as standard from the date of purchase and can be extended to 2 years when you register the light. Register here to get your extended warranty.
1.2
The period of the Warranty is confirmed in the sales contract between Us and You from the date of purchase. So if you sell the light, you will still need to make any warranty claims yourself.
1.3
This warranty is limited to the value of the UPP Wellbeing product and is available solely to the original purchaser of the product(s). Proof of purchase is required.
1.4
The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, grease, solvents, acids, water, or damage by common carrying.
1.5
It is your responsibility to ensure that the light is secured safely to the wall by a professional.
1.6
The warranty specifically excludes any claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the product (so if the light breaks or damages anything else should it fall from the wall, We bear no responsibility whatsoever).
1.7
The warranty commences on the day of purchase. The warranty is not renewed after repair or replacement of the product.
1.8
Any defects in materials or workmanship notified to us after expiry of the guarantee period are not covered by this warranty.
1.9
We reserve the right to disregard any manufacturing faults that arise with the product(s) that have not been registered within the specified time period.
3. Registering your 2-year warranty
3.1
To register for your 2-year product warranty:
  • Register the product(s) on the website within 2 weeks (14 days) from the receipt of the order using the green "activate guarantee" button at the bottom of this page.
  • When you fill out your extended warranty, you will automatically be added to our infrequent but useful newletter.
  • Emails will not be sent more frequently than 2 weeks except to omit an error(s).
  • You can unsubscribe from emails at any time.
Upon successful registration of the product(s), a 2-year warranty will be sent to you by email.
3.2
We reserve the right to disregard any manufacturing faults that arise with the product(s) that have not been registered within the specified time period.
3.3
We inform You that the Warranty does not cover:
  • Products that have an expired warranty;
  • Intentional or gross negligence damage;
  • The manufacturer accepts no liability for any damages resulting from incorrect use of this lamp or when it is used with inappropriate equipment.
  • The Products defects due to unforeseen and unforeseeable events (e.g. fortuitous events and/or force majeure, extraordinary atmospheric events such as electrostatic discharges and lighting, flood, fire, explosion, earthquake and storm, and social events such as war) that can not be attributed to a manufacturing/production defect of the Product;
  • Modifications alterations or repairs performed by personal not authorised by us;
  • The Products defects due to utilise in the unintended environment (e.g. the temperature exceeding the limit, electromagnetic interference, power supply instability, inappropriate input voltage, etc.);
  • The Products defects due to accidents or human factors (including operation error, scratch, handling, collision, incorrect insertion and extraction, etc.); 
  • Removal of the screws attached to the hanging wire.  The screws have been inserted during the manufacturing process so once removed, even if screwed back into the same holes, voids the warranty.
3. Claiming on your warranty
3.1
To make a one-year warranty claim:
  • Click the Report a fault button at the bottom of this page
  • Provide your name, email address it was purchased under, order number, serial number and details of the issue.
3.2
You must keep any faulty products so that we can inspect them. If you dispose of any product before we have had the opportunity to inspect it you will void your claim entirely. See section 10 in the terms and conditions for full returns information.
3.3
This warranty is limited to the value of the UPP Wellbeing product and is available solely to the original purchaser of the product(s). A proof of purchase is required.

This warranty is specifically for the upp light and not for any other products sold on the website.
